My name is Cynthia I live in Houston Texas I am 50 years old with grand children and was just fired from my job for my medical reasons and I barely can walk or stand but will work and my unemployment is going into appeal staus becuase my employer told workforce that I did not call in for the day off to go to the doctor which I did I turned in the paperwork for the request four days before I was went to my appointment. and my boss called me and told me that I was terminated over the phone. becuase of me missing days to go to the doctor that is understandable. but now I have nothing to pay my rent or untilites. no job offers I have submitted over 75 to a 100 resumes to companies. and here in texas is there any help for someone like me.
